1 General Provisions

ak444 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operating for Bangladeshi users. These Terms apply to all sections of the website, the mobile application, and any other digital channel of ak444.

The platform provides users with slot games, live casino, cricket betting, basketball and various other sports betting, and other gaming options. These Terms apply in both English and Bengali; however, in the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Registration Requirements

Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is considered a fraudulent activity and all related accounts will be closed immediately. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

• An active mobile number and email address must be provided.
• Date of birth must be stated correctly.
• A strong password must be used and kept confidential.

2.3 Identity Verification

In the interest of security and fund protection, ak444 may request a national identity card, passport, or other valid document at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Withdrawal requests may be delayed until verification is complete.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their account login details and password completely confidential. Sharing login details with a third party will be considered a breach of these Terms. Any incident of unauthorised access must be reported to the ak444 support team immediately.

3.2 Account Suspension or Closure

ak444 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Providing false information or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage.
• Account hacking or suspicious activity.
• Breach of any clause of these Terms.

3.3 Voluntary Account Closure

A user may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any outstanding balance should be withdrawn before closing the account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

Deposits at ak444 can currently be made through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

The same payment methods can be used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The withdrawal process is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed. To withdraw funds earned through bonuses, the relevant wagering requirements must be met. Withdrawals may only be made to the same method used for the deposit, or to a verified account in the user's own name.

4.4 Fund Verification

ak444 reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of any transaction. Additional verification may be required for suspicious or unusual transactions.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at ak444 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will add a bonus of ৳1,000, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount must be met — meaning a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳25,000 in bets.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds can be used directly for betting, but cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.
• A user may not use a single promotional offer more than once.
• Multiple people from the same household or using the same device will not be eligible for the same bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is found, the relevant account may be closed.

5.3 VIP Cashback

Regular players can receive weekly cashback through the VIP programme. Weekly cashback of up to 1.5% is provided across five tiers from Bronze to Diamond. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week. Example: a Gold tier member with a net weekly loss of ৳20,000 will receive cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180.

6 Betting and Gaming

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

ak444 reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet. If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, ak444 may void that bet. For sports betting, the conditions of a bet may change once the relevant event has started.

6.2 Game Results

Casino game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is displayed according to the game provider's information. If a technical error is found in a game result, the relevant round may be voided.

6.3 Void or Cancelled Bets

If an event is cancelled, abandoned, or not completed within the scheduled time, the bet will be voided and the original stake will be returned to the account. In the case of multi-bets, if one selection is voided, the combined odds for the remaining selections will be recalculated.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ak444:

• Collecting bonuses through fraudulent means or bonus arbitrage.
• Collusion or match fixing — any attempt to artificially control the outcome of a game.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Operating an account using a false identity.

If any of these prohibitions are breached, the relevant account will be closed immediately and any accumulated bonus or winnings may be forfeited.

8 Data Protection

9 Limitation of Liability

ak444 does not accept liability in the following circumstances:

• If a bet or game session is not completed due to an internet connection failure.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment processor or bank.
• If login details are compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• If service is disrupted due to uncontrollable circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters or cyber attacks.

In any circumstance, ak444's liability shall in no event exceed the total balance held in the relevant user's account. ak444 is not liable for any indirect loss or loss of profit.
